How to book sponsorships
- Login to Conftool account with your previous account details or create a new user account by providing your email and new password, then press continue.
- After you have successfully logged in or created new user account you are able to register to OPD2023.
- For registering to OPD2023, select “Register as Participant” and that leads you in “Participant Status Information” selection.
- If you would like to register as a Gold- or Silver sponsor, select “Exhibition booth” or “Exhibition booth, Photonics Finland member” depending on your membership status. Then select “Proceed to Step 2: Event and Item Selection”, there you can book the sponsorship.
- Co-sponsoring options are available in all Participant Status classes and can be found after you select your Participant Status and “Proceed to Step 2: Event and Item Selection”.
We can offer companies the opportunity to be our main sponsor, i.e., “Gold sponsor” (max 2 sponsors), which includes *SOLD OUT*
- First Priority to select exhibitors table (exhibition table + 2 exhibitor persons is included to the sponsorship).
- First Priority to keep Exhibitor pitch session speech.
- Company logo on the name tags of the participants
- Sponsors exclusive
- Company logo to the conference main web page and exhibitors page
- Sponsors exclusive, other exhibitors get their logo only in the exhibitor page
- Company logo to the event venue main lobby / exhibition area screen.
- Social media promotion (Photonics Finland LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook) and introduction as the Main sponsor of the event.
- 5 min speech / presentation during the conference dinner (Gold sponsors exclusive opportunity).
- Option to share any handout materials to all participants during registration (OPD-staff coordinates).
- Option to have 1 extra roll up and expolinc wall to be placed in OPD venue area (place will be assigned by OPD-staff)
Cost of Gold sponsorship is 3000 EUR (+VAT 24 %).

Get Together co-sponsoring, 30th May evening (max 3 co-sponsors), which includes
- 2x roll ups to be placed in Get Together event area (sponsor delivers, place will be assigned by OPD-staff)
- 1x A4 logo poster “co-sponsored by *co-sponsor name or logo*” to be placed to the servings table
- Mentioned in the official program: “Get Together co-sponsored by *co-sponsor name*”
- 2 min company introduction during the Get Together event
- Option to share any handout materials during the Get Together event
Cost of Get Together co-sponsoring is 1000 EUR (+VAT 24 %)

Coffee break and Side events co-sponsoring, (4 coffee breaks, Women in photonics and Student event available, 1 co-sponsor per event), which includes
- 1x roll ups to be placed to the coffee break or event area (sponsor delivers, place will be assigned by OPD-staff)
- 1x A4 logo poster “co-sponsored by *co-sponsor name or logo*” to be placed to the servings table (coffee break / side event servings)
- Mentioned in the official program: “*Coffee break* or *side event* co-sponsored by *co-sponsor name*”
- During the coffee break / side event servings co-sponsor logos are visible in the event room screen(s).
Cost of coffee break or side event co-sponsoring is 600 EUR (+VAT 24 %) per coffee break or event
